About the Authors
Clint Hill is best known as the Secret Service agent who jumped on the back of the presidential limousine in Dallas, Texas on 11/22/63 in an effort to save President John F. Kennedy from assassination. His first-hand account of the assassination of JFK is an important piece of history–that could only be told by someone who was there.
Lisa McCubbin is an award-winning journalist and co-author of Clint Hill’s extraordinary memoirs.

I just want to let you and Clint know how I enjoyed reading ‘Mrs Kennedy and Me’ and ‘Five Presidents’. I admire him in many ways, especially how he handled many sensitive situations when working in the Secret Service. He had a natural tact and sensitivity with clear communication skills that so impressed Jackie Kennedy, that she later said how she could rely on him to deal with the Press and so many things on her behalf, when she visited countries like Italy, Pakistan and India representing the US without her husband President Kennedy by her side. She appreciated him as a person too. One could also say he had charisma if that is ok to say about a member or former member of the US Secret Service. He also had good or high standards in his attention to his Secret Service duties. He remains a good role model for those who have followed him or will follow him into the US Secret Service.

Clint Hill, Thank You for your service. I have a collection of Secret Service items and took best of show in Chicago in 2006 At the National Police Collector Show. I would like to know what the day security pin you wore on your suit that day JFK was killed looked like, what the badge you carried look like, and if you had a picture that shows Mrs. Kennedy and JR Davis working on the White House Police badge that they both designed Anything you could do to help me with this display would be very appreciated.
